In 2010, after finishing a 2 year associate's degree in Automotive Service Technology, I took a 1 year, online, Web Page Design diploma course. I have been in the web world teaching myself web technology, code, and general web management best practices ever since. I started out building sites with HTML and CSS and switched to focus on learning WordPress. WordPress and WooCommerce remain my focus and strength to this day. However, during my second year with Tactacam I helped them move to Adobe Commerce (Magento) and took two of the official Adobe Commerce courses. Also, to begin to become more of a back end developer, I took all of the free M.academy Magento courses. I have never stopped honing my skills, talents and experiences in the overall web world and have search engine optimization (SEO) certification through Yoast SEO and Moz. More recently, I started pursuing project management as well. I have completed Agile with Atlassian Jira, IBM’s Project Management Fundamentals, and Google’s Project Management course. My ability to teach myself and learn new systems quickly make me an asset to any team.
