People are one of my greatest passions and they are the most worthy investment of our time and resources. I believe in the transformative power of investing in people and I'm passionate about enhancing lives and helping launch others into their purpose. 

From 2016-2020 I was immersed in roles centered on employment readiness and soft skills development for adults and teens with developmental disabilities. These roles led to the higher education industry working in Career Services.

In 2020, I embarked on a new chapter delving into data analysis where I meticulously track graduating students' career and transfer outcomes. By crafting innovative quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, I not only glean insights but also craft compelling narratives that illuminate the journeys of our graduates. These stories serve as beacons of inspiration for both current and prospective students, fostering a culture of motivation and aspiration. 

A few of my achievements include:
✅ Orchestrating a shift in survey engagement, elevating response rates from a mere 15% to an impressive 80%.
✅ Spearheading the creation of an interactive webpage showcasing our graduates' successes through infographics, a Tableau dashboard, and testimonials.
✅ Pioneering an annual, organization-wide workplace wellness challenge, nurturing a culture of holistic well-being.

Driven by my commitment to authenticity, creativity, and excellence, I approach my professional life with a relational mindset. I derive satisfaction from helping launch others toward their passions and purpose in life.

Prior to my entrance into the education sector, I served as a support pastor for a vibrant church in western New York. In this multifaceted role, I found fulfillment in developing innovative children's ministry curricula, nurturing volunteer teams, and problem-solving with our strategic leadership team.
