Trent Sikute is an experienced project manager, data analyst, and operations leader who is passionate about using his analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit to advance faith-based missions worldwide. As the co-founder of Cross Exchange, the first-ever Christian work exchange platform designed to bridge the gap between traditional work exchanges and mission-focused experiences, Trent has utilized his skillset to connect the global body of Christ through meaningful, safe, and faith-aligned exchanges.

With a Master's in Business Data Analytics from Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School and a strong foundation in government contracting gained as a Contracting Officer while serving in the US Air Force, Trent blends analytical rigor with highly effective leadership, meticulous organizational skills, and a genuine heart for service. His experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios, leading diverse teams, and overseeing complex projects positions him perfectly for roles that require analytical rigor, operational excellence, and strategic vision.

Trent is passionate about leveraging technology and data-driven insights to expand the reach and impact of faith-based organizations.
