About the Role
Our Vision for this Role
We’re on the lookout for a talented project manager who has a keen eye for detail. If you’re highly relational and organized, with strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills (think timelines, calendaring, data entry, communication, and more), this might be the perfect fit for you. You’ll be handling everything from quality assurance on content and deliverables to tracking metrics and goals. Plus, this role is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere!

Specifics for What This Role Does
Project Management
  • Track project timelines and deliverables: Ensure all projects and events stay on schedule, budget and meet deadlines using tools like Asana.
  • Meeting and Documentation: Take detailed notes during meetings, perform progressive summarization, document and keep track of action times and follow up tasks.
  • Internal Processes and Reimbursements: Oversee internal workflows, handle monthly team reimbursements, and arrange travel details.
  • CRM and Digital File Management: Maintain records in CRM, manage digital files, and run monthly reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for internal processes.
  • Team Tools Management: Stay on top of team digital tools such as Google Calendar, Slack, Asana, CRM, and email.

Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Church Engagement Operations Manager by collaborating on details and questions about project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Actively listens, communicates clearly, values input from others, and fosters a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Participate in Church Engagement events as needed (pastors conference, cohort calls, forums, monthly Q+R calls, etc.)

  • You have a proven track record as a project manager, excelling at coordinating multiple projects across teams and organizations.
  • You’re flexible and able to travel 1-2 times per year for team offsite meetings.
