Content is one of the great ways that we unite the movement and bring together the Faith Driven Entrepreneur Community.
Over the past 7 years the Faith Driven Entrepreneur Podcast has released 300+ episodes and been listened to in over 140 countries.
We’re looking for a storyteller and producer to help us put together podcast episodes for Faith Driven Entrepreneur (FDE) along with a new initiative, Solving the World’s Greatest Problems (SWGP). It might also include work coming with Faith Driven Students.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled storyteller, writer, and audio editor who can craft compelling narratives and bring ideas to life through sound.

Job Summary
Write engaging podcast scripts and content
As the Podcast Producer, you will be a key creative force behind our shows. You'll develop compelling narratives, craft thought-provoking questions for interviews, and ensure each episode aligns with the podcast's overall theme and brand. This requires a keen understanding of storytelling techniques, audience engagement, and the ability to adapt writing styles to different podcast formats and topics.
Record and edit high-quality audio
You'll be responsible for capturing crisp, clear audio for each podcast episode. This involves setting up virtual recording, directing voice talent or interviewees, and ensuring optimal sound quality. Post-recording, you'll edit the audio to create a polished final product, removing errors, tightening pacing, and enhancing the overall listening experience.
Handle post-production tasks
Your technical skills will be put to use in post-production. You'll mix audio tracks, add music, adjust levels, and master the final audio for optimal playback across various devices and platforms.
Maintain consistent quality and branding
With multiple podcasts under your purview, you'll ensure each maintains its unique identity while adhering to overall quality standards. This involves following style guides, maintaining consistent intro/outro elements, and ensuring the audio quality and content meet our high standards across all shows.

- Mature in the Christian Faith and passionate to make a difference. As a mission driven, non profit ministry, we need someone who is deep in their faith, understands the “why” we are called to this work and what guides how we do it.
- Passionate about Serving High Capacity Entrepreneurs and Investors - Entrepreneurs and Investors are a unique people group. Highly driven, mission minded. Always on. As entrepreneurs and investors ourselves, it's who we feel deeply called to. The ideal candidate would have both an understanding and experience working closely with entrepreneurs.
- Adaptable to Change and Entrepreneurial Environments - We’re a fast paced, entrepreneurially minded organization. We need someone in this role that can work at that pace and help support the team as they launch into new opportunities.
- Servant Hearted and Collaborative with Others - Be an excellent collaborator and communicator with a desire to work cross-functionally and a willingness to advocate for ideas while being open to different perspectives and supporting the leadership of the ministry.

LOCATION
We are a remote team of 40+ people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven is spread out around the world from Singapore, San Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between. For this particular role we are looking for someone who is in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the US that can overlap with most team members.
