About the Team
We are a team of Product Managers and UX Designers who are responsible for maximizing the value delivered to our customers on the Subsplash platform. Our platform includes products like Media, Giving, Events, People, Apps, and Websites, which our customers use to create experiences for their end users. Our status as a content platform creates a unique set of challenges for our team, demanding that we keep both the client and end-user experience in mind in our designs, planning, and strategy. We focus on empathizing with our customers and their users to identify their problems and pain points and ensure that we deliver high-value, delightfully simple solutions. We fight against complexity and aim to create simple, thoughtful, and crafted experiences that solve those problems.

About the Role
As a Product Manager at Subsplash, you are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing as well as the CEO and leadership to bring experiences to life.
The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. You are responsible for helping Subsplash evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to delight customers and users. You are tasked with helping to ensure our revenue and customers satisfaction goals re met. You will know customers and users well, become an expert on the product. Because you play a central role in your organization — always gathering valuable intelligence from various stakeholders, customers, and your market — you are in a unique position to define the success of your product. Your role as the product’s strategist and evangelist will be central to your success and the success of your products.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant product management experience in a SaaS environment. This means you have shipped quality software to a production environment, gauged usage / adoption, and adapted accordingly
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Obsessed with knowing what our users and customers are doing and how they’re doing it combined with the ability to interact directly with them to learn more about them and understand their pain points
  • Familiarity with the use of Agile-influenced frameworks/practices (e.g. Scrum) for building SaaS products
  • Bias for action. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
  • Strong collaborative leadership, problem-solving skills and time management, including ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical issues into actionable work for a development team
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable drawing metric-based conclusions
  • Ability to deliver results for complex or ambiguous problems

Compensation
  • The overall compensation for this role is between $115,000 - $130,000/yr. 

Location
Subsplash currently has operations in 24 states across the US! As much as we would love to have employees in as many states and countries as we have clients, we are currently limiting hiring to the states we already operate in. As a result of that, this role is only available as a 100% remote position if you reside in one of the following states: 
AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MO, MI, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY.
Unfortunately, if you do not reside in one of these states, we are unable to consider your application.

This position is classified as Full-time/Non-Exempt and therefore is eligible for overtime pay.
