Remote Senior Software Engineer, JavaScript & TypeScript
📍 Remote
We are looking for software engineers with strong JavaScript and TypeScript to join our teams. Our software engineers work in multi-disciplinary teams with other engineers, DevOps, product managers, UX and designers to build innovative products that are used by people all over globe. They move fast and use progressive practices like automated deployments and continuous delivery to release every day, multiple times a day, and use cutting-edge technology to create products that make good things happens.
We need a pragmatic, innovative and self-motivated problem solver.
What we need you to bring
- Solid experience of working, coding and debugging JavaScript and TypeScript – we’re thinking around 5 years
- Experience with React, Angular or a similar framework. We are looking for someone with the desire and aptitude to develop their skills in multiple frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience of good engineering practices, concepts and architectures (e.g. BDD, REST, micro-services etc)
- Working with Azure or AWS, or you have developed code that runs within a cloud environment
- Understanding of continuous integration systems, e.g. Azure, CircleCI
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Excellent communicator and the ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Continuous improvement mind-set
What would be great but not a deal breaker
- Knowledge of .NET core development experience
