I am offering my services in a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, Project Management, or Product Management role.
God is prompting me to do more with a “holy restlessness,” and I am seeking His will to find that career and calling. My prayer is ideally to fully align and engage my God-given abilities with His will and purposes in the right Christian organization and role for more creative and inspiring ministerial purposes.
My background is a unique hybrid of Information Systems roles converging Business Analysis, Technical Writing, Project, and Product Management functions. These roles are a great fit for fully aligning my skills, background, experience, desires, and interests towards His purposes where I can help guide design, creation and improvement of products, processes, services, content, or music for ministry applications.
I am a senior cross-functional analyst and manager with significant technical writing, project and product management experience. As a Business Analyst, I have gathered and documented requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, other artifacts as needed. I am familiar with Agile processes and have worked in Agile, waterfall, and hybrid development processes.
I have often assisted in and performed many functions usually done by Project Managers, Product Managers, development teams, QA and UAT with documentation or in any way that was needed. I have coordinated and managed projects, processes, and people who did not report to me on teams to accomplish the end goals of the project. This experience allows me to perform many different roles.
Some of my favorite roles are those where I have helped to design and guide the creation and development of new systems, processes, products, services or content. I most enjoy creative and discovery environments, working where an exploratory mindset is valued with a tolerance for ambiguity, iterative creation, and continuous learning. In each role, I have constantly collaborated with others to arrive at consensus and balance of functions, wants, and needs.
I have extensively used every skill needed for these roles. My convergence of experiences and abilities in business, finance, analysis, project management, and process or product design is a combination which allows me to learn, understand, and manage multiple aspects and provide value in multiple ways:
