About the Role
As the Guide Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience and success of Forte Guides, overseeing every stage of their journey from recruitment to off-boarding. More than just a people manager, you are a champion for Guides—ensuring they thrive while building scalable systems that enhance their engagement and impact. Reporting directly to the Head of Platform Experience, you will work closely with the Head of Wellbeing and Forte’s Chief Guide to refine and scale operations, drive strategic improvements, and elevate the Guide experience within our platform.
This role is ideal for a leader who blends operational expertise with deep empathy. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, excels at clear and thoughtful communication, and can execute with both precision and agility. Your ability to innovate, adapt, and refine processes will be essential in meeting the evolving needs of our Guides and platform.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with experience in mental wellness, SaaS product and technology, and program operations. You take ownership, lead with energy and empathy, and are committed to creating a world-class Guide program that scales effectively.
