Remote Account Manager, Existing Sales

The Account Manager, Existing Sales (AMES) develops successful relationships with existing customers, managing sales opportunities within the customer base. The Account Manager, Existing Sales identifies customers’ needs using selling techniques and product knowledge to pair them with the appropriate products and services. The Account Manager, Existing Sales executes engagement plans, supports retention efforts, and contributes to the overall growth of our existing customer base.

What You’ll Do:
  • Execute targeted outreach to engage and qualify existing customers, presenting solutions that align with their needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales opportunities, upsell/cross-sell offerings, and maximize revenue.
  • Manage a designated book of business by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate complex sales engagements by coordinating with the Enterprise Sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report on sales activities, outcomes, and KPIs using CRM tools, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide insights from customer interactions to support retention campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to team strategy sessions to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
  • HS diploma with 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or similar, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.  
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to employ self-directed work habits, exhibit initiative, drive, self-assurance, and
  • professionalism
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills related to account management and sales generation/promotion.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
