Remote Billing Specialist

What This Role is All About Is this the right seat for you?
Our Billing Specialists are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, by phone and email, to
our customers. The Billing Specialist will assist customers to update billing subscriptions and account
records, and address questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner. This position deals
front line with customers and must always represent the company and our customer service philosophy
with the utmost integrity.
This position is part-time 20 hours per week, TU-TH 11am-5:30pm.
Responsibilities
• Manage billing subscriptions
• Correspond with customers about the details of billing subscriptions/plans
• Keep accurate account records
• Assist the Sales department with processing sales
• Verify daily sales, order product
• Recover subscriptions through the collection and churn process
Requirements:
• Extremely detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be results-oriented, creative, energetic, and possess a strong phone presence
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Is familiar with basic computer operations, Microsoft Windows & Office applications
• Maintain a positive professional attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers
