About the Team
The Marketing Team’s primary responsibilities are to communicate the value of the Subsplash platform to the world—managing all outward-facing communications, leading demand generation efforts, creating go-to-market product strategies, facilitating brand management/identity, and more. We create beautiful and effective email campaigns, social media strategies, website content, product identities, videos, and more. We identify prospects and nurture them into quality leads for our sales team. For existing clients, we help them understand and engage with our products and new features. We have fun moving projects from concept to reality, and discovering what works well to help Subsplash and our clients succeed.

About the Role
As the Digital Advertising Specialist, you will report to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager. You will be responsible for increasing the volume of high-quality marketing-qualified leads across a variety of paid and unpaid channels, including paid search, paid social, display, sponsor initiatives, and digital properties. 

You are highly skilled at telling compelling stories to different audiences and are able to leverage a go-to-market strategy to develop copy for ads and landing pages that will drive revenue. You are comfortable and have experience coming up with creative approaches for executing new campaigns and optimizing existing campaigns. You’re familiar with acquisition marketing metrics like click-to-lead conversion rate, cost per lead, and close ratio, and have a proven track record of implementing tactics to  improve them. 

You know how to leverage data to track, analyze, and report KPIs in order to make better decisions. You are eager to collaborate and take on projects assigned by others, but are also capable of identifying and tackling projects on your own initiative. 
 
You Will...
  • Create compelling content and copy that speaks to our audience across channels and media–including landing pages, ads, etc.,–to drive for maximum pipeline value.
  • Develop advertising messaging and creative testing framework in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Manage advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, display, sponsorships, etc., to cost-effectively reach our target audience and generate pipeline.
  • Closely track, analyze, and report on spend, test results, pipeline generation, and ROAS for paid search, paid social, display, and sponsorship channels.
  • Implement and manage consistent tracking of events in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Hubspot, Fullstory, etc.
  • Partner with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager to manage sponsor relationships and projects from discovery through execution and performance reporting. 
  • Proactively evaluate emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, trends, and strategies for Subsplash to leverage.

Required Education + Experience
  • Models humility, innovation, and a drive for excellence.
  • Passionate about our products and how they can serve churches, ministries, and nonprofits.
  • 3+ years of demand generation experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience with a proven track record of increasing conversions through copy and visual improvements.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the types of campaigns and bidding strategies that are possible in paid search and paid social channels (including tROAS, tCPA, max conversions, and max conversion values) and when/how to implement each of them.
  • Strong in project management and implementing effective processes.
  • Strong team collaboration and relational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and with remote team members.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently to move projects and initiatives
    forward, while also regularly creating and presenting new and innovative business solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Ad Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, Capterra, G2 Crowd, and similar paid search, paid social, and paid listing platforms.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization software is a plus.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple business units, brands, and products is a plus.

Compensation
  • The overall compensation for this role is between $65,000 - 75,000/yr.

Location
Subsplash currently has operations in 22 states across the US! As much as we would love to have employees in as many states and countries as we have clients, we are currently limiting hiring to the states we already operate in. As a result of that, this role is only available as a 100% remote position if you reside in one of the following states: 
AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MO, MI, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
Unfortunately, if you do not reside in one of these states, we are unable to consider your application.

This position is classified as Full-time/Non-Exempt and therefore is eligible for overtime pay.
