Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Scope:  We are seeking a Christ-loving, data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, implement, track and optimize our client-facing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As a key member of the Virtual Care System team, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the smooth delivery of effective and efficient client services and broadening our client outreach efforts.  This role will work collaboratively with the marketing team, tech team, and vendors OR internal and external stakeholders to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

A Little About Us: PreBorn! is a national grant-maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)!  We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. 
  • Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.
  • Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn!. Fidelity to the biblical, evangelical growing lifestyle, and 100% pro-life.
  • Maturity in spiritual warfare and passion for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related fields (preferred). 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, keyword research, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments, and a solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and a passion for the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Responsibilities:  
  • Plan, execute, and optimize the digital marketing efforts for PreBorn!’s Virtual Care System (VCS) Program.
  • Manage a team of vendors who implement all website, SEO, SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Establish and execute new growth strategies through digital marketing, create and monitor the campaign budgets, and build an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
  • Manage a team of vendors to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborates with internal teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies/marketing techniques, create landing pages and optimize our user experience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.
  • Identifies critical conversion and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, including ROIs, KPIs and consumer behaviors/trends.
