Remote Sales Manager
📍 Remote
We are seeking a Sales Manager to work with our existing customer sales. As the Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth from ACST’s established customer base. You'll develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention, expand account opportunities, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional departments to achieve sales targets and reinforce our market position.
What You'll Do:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to existing customers to maximize revenue and growth. Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Work in tandem with Customer Success to conduct regular reviews and business meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine sales approaches, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with company objectives. Ensure effective communication and coordination to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Oversee the sales budget for existing accounts. Allocate resources efficiently and manage expenses to ensure profitability and return on investment.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to support strategic planning.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging sales techniques. Propose and implement innovative solutions to address evolving customer needs and market dynamics.
- Act as an advisor to the internal team through contract negotiations for select solutions and may be the SME on renewals. Escalation point for complex negotiations.
- Serve as escalation point and SME as needed on prospecting, market strategy, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in the interest of non-profit sales.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and at least 3 years in a managerial role for existing customer sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically in a customer-centric approach.
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
