What we are looking for:
A driven and mission-focused Sr. Manager, Software Engineering to manage the software engineering team, including contractors, in the development of software, database, and integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills with solid experience leading a team of software engineers.

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $110,000 and $126,000.
