Maranatha Baptist University is hiring a
Director of Communications

📍 Watertown, WI

Under the direction of the Vice President for Advancement, the Director of Communications will lead a team responsible for creating and executing a brand marketing strategy that increases recognition, enrollment, revenue, and loyalty. As well as leading the team, there will be hands-on production requirements to ensure timely completion of tasks. This strategy will cover channels including online and offline marketing, social media, traditional PR campaigns, and advertising. The Director is a member of the Leadership Council. This position has a start date of April 1, 2024.

The ideal candidate is a servant leader who possesses a Bachelor's degree, in communications, marketing, business administration, or a similar study. This candidate has demonstrated experience executing brand marketing strategy, leading a team, and completing graphic design projects, printing processes, and electronic communications.
