As an Account Executive (AE) at Servant Keeper, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and promoting our mission-driven solutions. You will engage directly with front-line church and nonprofit leaders, helping them understand how our software can address their unique needs and support their ministry goals. Your work will be instrumental in driving our growth and ensuring the success of the organizations we serve. As an AE at Servant Keeper, culture and compassion are paramount - you will work directly with church & non-profit leaders and staff to identify their needs and share how our solution and partnership will help their ministry to thrive and grow.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer explicit/implicit needs and requirements, and communicate Servant Keeper’s value
- Accomplish a high volume of outreach through calls and emails daily, weekly, and monthly
- Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity levels and quotas
- Continuously build, drive, and grow your pipeline to achieve sales results of assigned revenue quota
- Contribute to timely and accurate revenue forecasts for your assigned territories and accounts through building opportunity pipeline
- Offer sales partner insights to marketing and contribute to campaigns through outreach channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling high volume at a mission-driven company
- Track record of achieving sales results and meeting revenue goals; have the desire to be a top performer
- Heart for discovery, listening to and building relationships with church and nonprofit leaders and administrators to understand their needs
- Excited to clearly and quickly present our value proposition by phone, web-conferencing, and email to a high volume of prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - organization is key
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
