The Digital Marketing Specialist at Faith Driven Movements is a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of the central communications team, serving multiple brands including Faith Driven Entrepreneur, Faith Driven Investor, Solving the World's Greatest Problems, and Pastors & Entrepreneurs, this individual will be responsible for driving growth across digital spaces including social media channels and websites. This role demands an autonomous, forward-thinking individual who is not afraid to take risks, be edgy, and move quickly to capitalize on trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing social media following and engagement and driving measurable marketing results, with 5 years of digital marketing experience.

JOB SUMMARY
  • Content Sharing & Amplification:
    • Recognize and seize opportunities to share content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
    • Collaborate with the video content team, social media manager, and community team to amplify key messages and campaigns.
  • Social Media Growth & Engagement:
    • Work alongside the Social Media Manager to monitor social media trends, current events, and media coverage to identify timely opportunities to spark discussions and share relevant content.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow social media followers and increase engagement across key platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Actively engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and interactive content, fostering discussions and building community.
  • Paid Social Media Advertising:
    • Create, manage, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns to drive growth and engagement with a focus on LinkedIn.
    • Analyze performance data to refine ad strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Leveraging AI Tools for Marketing Optimization:
    • Utilize AI-driven tools to analyze social media trends, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Implement AI insights to refine content strategies, audience targeting, and engagement tactics.
  • Website Optimization:
    • Manage website content updates, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance value by sharing relevant and engaging content.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to Faith Driven websites, increasing user engagement with content and resources. Ensure seamless integration between YouTube channels, social media platforms, and the website to drive lead generation.
    • Leverage SEO best practices and collaborate with internal teams to optimize content, improving search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Work closely with the social media manager to align content strategy and messaging across platforms.
    • Partner with the community team to identify opportunities for social engagement and content amplification.
    • Support the broader marketing and communications efforts, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on digital growth and engagement.
  • Proven track record of increasing followers, engagement, and website traffic through both organic and paid strategies.
  • Experience creating and managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including active community engagement and real-time content sharing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Fb Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to recognize and seize timely opportunities for content sharing, including current events and media coverage.
  • Creative thinker with a "go-getter" attitude; comfortable working independently and taking risks.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for digital marketing, including social media automation, content optimization, and audience insights. Experience with AI platforms for data analysis and campaign management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling, engaging content.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, coordinating with multiple teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for driving website traffic growth is a plus.

LOCATION
We are a remote team of 40+ people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven is spread out around the world from Singapore, San Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between. For this particular role we are looking for someone who is in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the US that can overlap with most team members.
