We seek an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our Search and Core Services Team. In this role, you will champion the team responsible for building and optimizing the search functionalities and core services that enable millions of donors to give to causes they care about. You will be responsible for the engineering architecture, the quality of our services, and delivering exceptional user experiences. We're seeking a leader who is truly passionate about technology and committed to leveraging engineering and scientific skills to create positive change. The Search and Core Services Team comprises a cross-functional group of engineers, product managers and data scientists. They play a pivotal role in fulfilling Givelify's mission of connecting people to the causes that matter most to them. This team is entrusted with building and optimizing the core search functionalities and services that power our platform, including our flagship offering, the Givelify Mobile Giving App. Together, they are dedicated to bringing joy and fulfillment into people's lives through beautiful, frictionless giving experiences. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead this dynamic team, driving innovation and excellence in our core services to enhance the impact of our platform.
