As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that advance our mission and connect faith driven entrepreneurs and investors. Your work will encompass a wide spectrum of projects, from branding and digital marketing collateral to web design. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in ensuring that our message is communicated effectively and consistently across all platforms. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to present your design concepts to leadership and stakeholders, develop brand standards and guidelines, and lead the way in introducing innovative design solutions that drive our organization's growth.

JOB SUMMARY
As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will…
  • Lead in the charge in conceiving and creating compelling visual designs that span a diverse array of projects, encompassing branding, digital marketing assets, and web design.
  • Push the envelope to deliver fresh, imaginative, and innovative designs and constantly test and refine work to ensure that it resonates with our target audience and prompts action and engagement.
  • Brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop design solutions that align with marketing strategies and goals and translate ideas into visually engaging, effective designs for email, websites, app, social media, print and more.
  • Skillfully manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the prompt delivery of all tasks, while overseeing the entire design process from the inception of ideas to the execution of the final product
  • Share design concepts with leadership and stakeholders, conveying your creative decisions and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and communicate brand standards and guidelines across various teams, ensuring consistent and coherent visual representation of our mission and message. 
  • Maintain design excellence by thoroughly reviewing designs spanning various projects, teams, and platforms to uphold design standards and consistency, offering constructive feedback and guidance whenever necessary to elevate the quality of work.
  • Create and provide templates and asset packages to equip other designers and facilitate consistently and efficiency across the multi person projects and initiatives.. 
  • Stay ahead of the curve and up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually improve our design capabilities and keep our visual presence current and engaging.

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment. Act as a self-motivated owner, who can work autonomously, but also willing to take feedback and direction from a team to improve the process. 
  • Be an excellent collaborator and communicator with a desire to work cross-functionally and a willingness to advocate for your ideas while being open and inclusive of different perspectives.

LOCATION
We are a remote team of 35 people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven Entrepreneur is spread out around the world from Jakarta, San Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between.
