We are seeking a Chief of Technology who is passionate about Hope Media Group’s (HMG) mission and is adept at leading complex data and digital product initiatives. This person will be a seasoned leader and serve on the organization’s Senior Leadership Team with the CEO, COO, CFO, and other divisional leaders, and be instrumental in driving toward more than 500 million monthly experiences to help our audiences Love Jesus, Serve Others, and Spread Hope.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Our software and data teams use AWS, Next.js, React, Json, Directus, Vercel, Github and Flight Control in their workflows, along with our responsive CRM, Virtuous.</div><div><br></div><div>Hope Media Group is the home of KSBJ, WayFM, Vida Unida and a variety of digital brands. You could be involved in moving this Christian ministry forward in reaching more people with the hope that is only found in Christ. We need a BI Analyst who is a skilled technology innovator and loves problem solving. HMG is developing a Master Data strategy and CDP which you will be heavily involved in. Related to this, you will for managing Hope Media Group’s reporting assets and documenting technology solutions. We have a small Data Science team, but we are looking to grow as our ministry grows. The BI Analyst will serve as a business partner with Software Engineering, Donor, Finance, Marketing, and various other departments to design, build, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions. Hope Media Group the home of KSBJ, WayFM, Vida Unida and NGEN radio. This position resides in Houston, TX.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></div><div><strong>Analysis and Reporting</strong></div><ul><li>Design, build, implement, and publish visually appealing and functional reports and dashboards for multiple stakeholders across company.
