As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager, Salesforce to manage the delivery of work aligned to the Salesforce platform, ranging from operational support, key enterprise systems and potential project agile boards.</div><div><br>The Technical Delivery Manager, Salesforce will partner closely with product owners/leads, solution architects and leadership to ensure efficient execution of team deliverables, facilitating the Scrum/Agile ceremonies and cadences and providing oversight and escalation where and when necessary to drive progress. This role will have supervisory responsibility of a team of Analysts and Vendor Support Staff that make up the core delivery and support team for the Salesforce platform.</div><div><br><em>This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates. Technical Delivery Manager, Salesforce

They will define and document internal and external user needs, data requirements and definitions, help guide development activities using an agile methodology and actively build solutions to prioritized user stories. They will act as the liaison for users to communicate and validate business priorities and system design for the Salesforce platform, while providing training, testing and deployment support for front line users.</div><div><br><em>This is a hybrid position based in the DC area or remote in the US, and reports to the Global Director, Salesforce.</em></div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Provide support, guidance, and training to users on the Salesforce system so that they can own the operational aspects of the system and support their end users on operational transactions;</li><li>Engage with business partners and users to gather, write, and qualify requirements.
