Digital Content Producer

<div>The Video Editor will be responsible for the post-production (organizing, assembling, sequencing, and finishing video assets) of Ascension’s video-based projects and promotional materials. The Video Editor would be expected to take direction from project directors and managers, as well as offer their own creative input to each edit. Many video edits will require some level of motion graphics, sound design, and color grading. Occasional production days will require the employee to be on set operating camera/sound or DIT/data wrangling as part of a crew. We believe that people are hungry for peace, and that there is no surer way to find it than by learning to sit in silence with Christ: “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest” (Mt 11:28).&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Our goal is to build something truly great. These illustrations are the face of the Hallow brand and create a lasting impact on each users journey. While graphic design experience is a plus, a majority of your work should be illustrative.</em></li><li><strong>Passion: </strong>First and foremost, we’re looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun to actually care about what you’re working on!</li><li><strong>Experience: </strong>A foundation of 2+ years working on illustrations is preferred, but, at the end of the day, what will matter is your portfolio and your ability to create beautiful illustrations that match our brand. Experience working in Figma and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.</li><li><strong>Bonus, but not required:</strong> Motion Design experience is a nice-to-have.</li><li><strong>Grit &amp; creativity:</strong> A start-up is tough and we really care about what we’re doing.
