As the Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to connect millions of entrepreneurs and investors to the Faith Driven Movement. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing/Communications and Content Teams to harness the power and influence of social media. Craft compelling narratives and comprehensive strategies, you will connect a diverse, global audience by fostering engagement and promoting the growth of the movement. With a deep understanding of audience behavior and a creative flair for content creation,  you will take your organization's social media efforts to new heights, fostering meaningful connections and delivering measurable results.

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in uniting countless entrepreneurs and investors with the Faith Driven Movement. Your responsibilities will extend to close cooperation with the Marketing/Communications and Content Teams, allowing you to leverage the full potential and impact of social media. By skillfully crafting engaging narratives and implementing well-rounded strategies, you will bridge the gap between a diverse, global audience and our movement. With a profound grasp of audience behavior and a keen sense of creativity in content creation, you will elevate the organization's social media endeavors, nurturing valuable connections and achieving quantifiable outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY
As the Social Media Manager, you will...
  • Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, resonates with our target audiences and results in growth.
  • Create compelling and relevant visual and written content that inspires engagement and conversation across various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. 
  • Collaborate with our copywriter, graphic designers, and video editors and lean on their expertise for complex social posts/campaigns. 
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content distribution across all platforms with a healthy mix of and promotion, stories, events, video content, and thought leadership. Plan, schedule and post content for all brands across all social channels. Monitor and manage post frequency and timing to maximize reach and engagement. Adjust content schedules based on real-time events, holidays and trends.
  • Foster and nurture engagement with our social media audience through timely responses, interactive posts, and active community management. Cultivate and grow an online community of individuals who share in the Faith Driven mission and movement..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns that support our advocacy, events, and community efforts.
  • Stay current with social media trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging technologies to optimize our online presence and implement best practices with the use of  hashtag, tagging, sharing, reposting and cross promoting. Research industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Analyze social media performance using Hubspot and other tools to track key metrics, including growth, reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights, and collaborate with the Director of Communications to use data to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting and performance monitoring. Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach the desired audience. Collaborate with the Director of Communications to align paid advertising with overall marketing initiatives.

  • Be an excellent collaborator and communicator with a desire to work cross-functionally and a willingness to advocate for your ideas while being open and inclusive of different perspectives.

LOCATION
We are a remote team of 35 people that partner with hundreds of volunteers and partners to advance the mission. Team members work in any location, although core team working hours are largely in the US. The team at Faith Driven Entrepreneur is spread out around the world from Jakarta, San Francisco, Dallas, Nairobi, and places in between.
