As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Sr. Analyst, Salesforce to partner with key business partners and the Salesforce Platform team to support and enhance the Salesforce system.</div><div><br>This role will direct requirements gathering, backlog/request management, and training support of all teams that utilize Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and integrated applications. They will define and document internal and external user needs, data requirements and definitions, help guide development activities using an agile methodology and actively build solutions to prioritized user stories. They will act as the liaison for users to communicate and validate business priorities and system design for the Salesforce platform, while providing training, testing and deployment support for front line users.</div><div><br><em>This is a hybrid position based in the DC area or remote in the US, and reports to the Global Director, Salesforce.</em></div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Provide support, guidance, and training to users on the Salesforce system so that they can own the operational aspects of the system and support their end users on operational transactions;</li><li>Engage with business partners and users to gather, write, and qualify requirements.
